Very happy to see this now out in Cell Press STAR PRotocols! Great work together with @Chris Mahony to publish the protocol to analyze haematopoietic lineages in the adult #Zebrafish. Hope it is useful to others in the field!
We used this protocol to isolate kidney marrow and to study the molecular underpinning of bone marrow failure in a zebrafish model of GATA2 deficiency, a rare disease that predisposes to hematological malignancy (Full paper here: https://lnkd.in/ebPDcx3C).
